So Dangote cuts gantry price by N45, and filling stations now sell petrol between N1,210 and N1,275 per litre. That’s a N35 to N90 drop in three weeks, yet crude is still above $84 per barrel. If local refining is supposed to make fuel cheaper, why does the price still feel like a lie to the average Nigerian?Are we finally seeing the benefit of Dangote Refinery, or is this just a temporary game before the next hike?
