Subsidy removal and naira float saved us N15.8trn , so why are we still suffering?

They say removing subsidy and floating the naira "saved" Nigeria N15.8 trillion, but the market prices for food, transport, and fuel tell a different story. If the savings are real, where did the money go, and why are ordinary Nigerians paying the price while officials celebrate numbers on paper? Is this a genuine win for the economy, or just a fancy way to justify the hardship we're all feeling right now?
