ISWAP Planning To Attack Churches And NYSC Camps, Army Alerts

Nigerian Army don raise alarm say ISWAP terrorists dey plan to attack churches, schools, NYSC orientation camps and other soft targets across Nigeria, and the warning letter was signed by AM Sodiq on September 9, addressed to the GOC 2 Division in Ibadan.

The document talk about "increasing mobilisation of resources and foot-soldiers" for possible coordinated attacks in North-East, North-West, North-Central and parts of South-West, and say the attacks fit happen "any moment from now." Dem specifically mention Catholic and Protestant churches, primary and secondary schools, and NYSC camps. Army also talk about movement of fighters from Katsina through Kaduna towards Plateau State, and say ISWAP don start surveillance with help from local collaborators.

Worst part be say the timing dey target school resumption for 2026/2027 session, when students and staff go full ground, to cause mass casualties and fear ahead of 2027 elections. My people, if you get pikin wey dey school or you dey do NYSC, how una dey process this kind news?
