Afenifere says the DSS warning about planned attacks on churches, schools and markets is the kind of "small sign" that came before massacres in Plateau, Benue and Kaduna , and nobody acted until bodies filled the streets. If the same warnings are being issued again, what exactly has changed since the last time we were told not to panic?
