Atiku Don Drag Tinubu Go Court, But Service No Reach Him

Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja don give Atiku Abubakar order to serve President Bola Tinubu court papers through APC, because the papers no fit reach Tinubu personally since September 1.

Atiku and his party ADC dey try disqualify Tinubu from the January 16, 2027 presidential election. But Tinubu and APC don fire back with counter affidavit, say the suit no get locus standi and na just academic exercise. Their lawyer, Chief Akin Olujinmi, SAN, talk say to prove forgery, you must bring the institution wey issue the certificate to deny am, and Atiku never bring NYSC to deny Tinubu certificate.
