🎖️CorporalNiger State's Gold Rush Is Leaving Children Dead In Cells, Not Just Mines
C
37 people, many of them kids between 14 and 18, were locked in a cell too small to breathe in, sprayed with something that burned their throats, and left to die while guards refused them water. Their crime? Illegal mining to buy medicine for sick parents. If this is how the state treats children trying to feed their families, what exactly is the plan to fix mining in Niger State , or is the curfew just another way to bury the story?
