I dey market yesterday, one woman just sit down for my front, she dey cry. I ask wetin happen. She say she don cook for her husband for 20 years. Every morning, she wake up 4am, cook, serve him, carry the plate, wash am. Yesterday she cook rice and stew, the man eat finish, he push the plate give her say make she wash am.

She say she no even remember when last she chop from the same pot. Chai. I look her face. This is not hunger. This is something else wey dey finish woman slowly.
