I carried olosho for 8 months before I knew I had to run
about 1 month ago
I was 23, fresh from polytechnic, and my guy in Onitsha told me there was a run I could do. Just drive girls from one hotel to another at night. Easy money. ₦15,000 a night. I didn't ask too many questions.
For 8 months I was their driver. I saw senators' cars. I saw church men. I saw boys I grew up with. The girls treated me like furniture, like I wasn't there. One of them, Blessing, she was 19. She used to cry in my backseat after every drop. One night she said "Kola, if you were my brother, would you let me do this?"
That question finished me. I stopped that week. The madam called me, threatened me, said I knew too much. I changed my number, moved back to Aba. Blessing, I don't know where she is today. I still pray for her. Some money, when you collect am, you don pay with something you no fit buy back.
