Gen Z no sabi hustle, dem just sabi soft life

I am saying it and I no dey take am back. This Gen Z wey full Lagos now, dem no sabi hustle the way we do am. Dem want the money but dem no want the stress.

I get small team for my office, three of dem na Gen Z. One guy tell me he no fit work past 5pm because na him 'me time'. Me wey be millennial, I don dey grind since 7am. The numbers no lie, dem dey produce less but dem dey demand more.

But make I no lie, sometimes I envy dem. Dem get boundary wey we no get. So who dey right? Abi na me dey old school?
