A three-year-old was picked up from school and never made it home , she was found by the roadside, and a teenager is now in custody over it. If a 17-year-old can be trusted with the weight of that crime, why do we keep pretending teenagers are still children when the damage is done? What does it say about us that a child isn't safe between school and home?
