My friend borrow ₦40k for her son school fees, now she dey avoid me like plague

Two weeks ago my friend Ngozi call me for phone. She dey cry say her son school fees deadline don reach and she no get the money. I know Ngozi for 8 years. We sell together for Agege Market. So I send her ₦40,000 from my cooperative savings. The one nobody know about.

Yesterday I see her for market. She see me, she turn go buy tomato for another woman stall. The same Ngozi wey hold my hand that day she collect the money, she no even greet me. Her son don resume school. She don post the uniform picture for status.

My own be say, na the silence dey pain me. If money no dey, talk to me. But to run from me like say I owe you? I cannot shout. I just want make una tell me, when person borrow you money, na to hide or na to beg small time?
