Omotola says Nigerians now beg for everything. She no lie but who cause am?

I read wetin Omotola Jalade talk about Nigerians and begging culture. My first mind was to vex. But I sit down for my shop yesterday and count five people wey ask me for something before noon. Five. One ask for transport, one ask for data, one ask for small food money, two ask for credit.

My own be say, before you blame the beggar, ask wetin push am. When person wey get handwork dey beg for ₦500, no be laziness. Na say the work no dey pay again. Fuel dey swallow profit. Market slow. School fees dey wait.

But I no go lie, e dey tire the person wey dem dey ask too. I give when I fit. When I no fit, I no dey give and I no dey feel bad. Na so we dey survive. Abi how una see am?
