I found my husband's second wife on his phone and she had my daughter's name

It was his phone charging near the bedside when a message came in. I was not snooping. The phone was just there and the name on the screen was my daughter's name. My daughter is seven. She does not have a phone.

I opened it. The woman's name in his contacts was saved as my daughter's name. They had been talking for two years. Two years of messages I scrolled through with my hand shaking. He called her the same pet name he calls me. She even asked about our daughter by name.

I did not confront him that night. I put the phone back and went to bed. But I have not slept well since. We have been married for nine years. I keep asking myself what I missed.
