The okada man that charged me ₦1,500 for a ₦300 journey and I still paid

I enter okada from Lekki Phase 1 to this place wey be like 10 minutes walk. The man look me one time, look my phone, look my shoe, then say ₦1,500. I say ha! For where? He just say "madam, na night rate." It was 4pm. Daylight was literally shining on his bald head.

I begin negotiate. He no gree. I say fine, I dey go. He now say ₦1,200. I enter. We reach halfway, he stops and say "add ₦300, the road is bad." The road was smooth like my future should be. I paid. I paid everything.

Got to my destination, he now asks for my number "in case I need a reliable rider." Sir, you just taxed me for breathing. Why will I keep this number?
